How Dortmund could line up versus Hertha Berlin

Borussia Dortmund will be hoping to get back to winning ways on Saturday, when they travel to the capital to face Hertha Berlin.

Lucien Favre's side will not only be hoping to blow away the cobwebs of another international break, but also put behind them a bitter 3-2 defeat to Bayern Munich prior to the brief in league action.

If Dortmund are to challenge for silverware this season then they'll have to make sure they take maximum points from tricky away fixtures like this one, as they face a Hertha side that can pack a far harder punch than their recent form suggests.

Favre will be delighted with the recent news of Erling Haaland not having to quarantine after his time away with Norway, with the striker looking to add to a fantastic 11 goals from his first 11 games of the season.

Dortmund should also be able to call upon fresh legs in Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham, after neither featured heavily over the international break. And Thorgan Hazard may also feature after recovering from a recent injury.

However, all eyes will be on the Dortmund bench to see if Favre decides to call up Youssoufa Moukoko to the first team. The forward turns 16 just one day before the match, meaning he will then be elligible to play in the Bundesliga fixture.
