Martial back - How Man Utd could line-up against RB Leipzig

Martin Macdonald

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will likely welcome Anthony Martial back into the starting line-up as Manchester United face RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Wednesday.

The former Monaco star has been serving a domestic suspension after being sent off against Spurs, but played in the opening group stage match against PSG and will probably earn a start against RB Leipzig, too.

Edinson Cavani made his debut for the Red Devils after coming off the bench against Chelsea, but he will probably have to settle for being a sub again due to Martial's availability in the centre-forward position.

Against PSG, injuries forced Solskjaer into reverting to a back five, but against Chelsea he went back to his usual 4-2-3-1 formation.

The back four will probably remain versus RB Leipzig.

Mason Greenwood made his return from injury against Chelsea, and is in line to take back his position down the right wing.

Eric Bailly, Jesse Lingard and Phil Jones are all out with injury.
