Messi to link up with Ronaldo at Juve?
Juventus are interested in bringing Lionel Messi to Turin to form a superstar pairing with Cristiano Ronaldo, according to L'Equipe.
Earlier this week, Messi shocked European football when he sent a letter to Barcelona requesting the termination of his contract.
The Argentine has become disillusioned with life at the Camp Nou, particularly in the 2019/20 campaign when they failed to win any major trophies for the first time in over a decade, while he is also unhappy at how the club is being run at board level.
His decision to request a transfer from the Blaugrana catalysed intense speculation as to who he could potentially move to, with Manchester City and Inter thought to be leading the pack.

However, one less likely scenario is that he and Cristiano Ronaldo finally put aside their rivalry to team up at Juventus.
L'Equipe reports that, although Inter and Man City remain favourites to sign Messi, his father Jorge has received calls from Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus to discuss a potential swoop for his son.
Messi and Ronaldo have won an outrageous 11 Ballon d'Or trophies between them in their distinguished careers.
It has long been debated among football fans about who is the best player in the world, or even the best player of all time, out of the two superstars, who have never played in the same team.
Juventus are believed to be keen on pulling off the coup of signing Messi in the same way they did with Ronaldo two years ago, and have been looking for a new forward since parting ways with Gonzalo Higuain.
